For kids, Halloween is serious business.
The goal is to hit up as many homes in the shortest amount of time and bring back that big bag of Snickers, Twix, Starburst and whatever else people dished out.
Real Estate Website Zillow released annual Trick-or-Treat Index” which ranks the 20 best cities across the nation to beg for Halloween candy. San Diego is the country’s 9th best place for trick-or-treating.
Zillow says the top five neighborhoods to trick-or-treat in San Diego are
1. Del Mar Heights
2. Torrey Pines
4. Loma Portal
5. Mission Hills.
How did Zillow calculate the best trick-or-treating cities? They used four key variables: The Median Home Value, population density, Walk Score® and local crime data. These factors helped determine the cities that will provide the most candy, with the fewest walking and safety risks.
Do you agree with Zillow’s list? Where do you think are the best places for candy gathering?
